Returns:

If you are not happy with your item and would like to return it for a refund, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days.

To start the returns process, please send us an email and we will do what we can to help.

When you post the gift box back to us, please ensure you get proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for the goods until we have received them.

To be eligible for a return, all times in the box must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that they were received in. 

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, and we have inspected it, we will contact you via email to let you know that we have received the item.  If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed. Credit will be applied to the original method of payment. This may take a few days.

Please note, postage costs that are included in the price of the gift box, will not be refunded.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
